Job summary

3 Day Blinds is seeking design consultants to meet clients in their homes, help design custom window treatments, and guide them to confident buying decisions in a single visit. You will receive company-provided appointments, three weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, enabling a high-impact career from day one.

You'll design beautiful, tailored solutions and manage your own schedule while building relationships and earning commissions as you grow with a national brand.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel locally to meet clients in homes.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Proven ability to close sales and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in clients' homes to assess needs and recommend window treatments.
• Create simple, aesthetic design solutions tailored to client style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Develop new business through referrals and local networking.
• Provide an exceptional client experience from first visit to installation.
