3 Day Blinds is seeking a Design Consultant to meet clients in homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to a confident buying decision, all in a single visit. You will work in the field with company-provided appointments and three weeks of paid training, earning uncapped commissions.

This full-time role involves traveling within your local territory, managing your own schedule, and building relationships through referrals to drive sales in a national brand environment.

Qualifications

• No prior design experience required; training provided.
• Willing to travel locally within assigned territory.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day and 4 days during the week.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend window treatments.
• Create simple design solutions tailored to style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in home.
• Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver exceptional experience from first visit to installation.
