3 Day Blinds is hiring a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide buying decisions in a single visit. You'll work with company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential to build a high-impact career from day one.

Responsibilities include designing tailored solutions, closing sales in-home, and managing your own schedule while growing the business through referrals and local networking.

Qualifications

• Natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping customers
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred
• Willingness to work in homes and in the field
