3 Day Blinds is seeking Design Consultants to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to confident purchases in a single visit.

You’ll work with company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential as you build a high-impact career within a national brand. Travel locally is expected, with a flexible weekend schedule and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy meeting clients and helping them design spaces.
• Motivated by uncapped earning potential and performance.
• Confident, coachable, and able to work independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to installation.
