Job summary

3 Day Blinds is seeking a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design beautiful custom window treatments, and guide them to a confident buying decision in a single visit. You’ll work with company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential as you build relationships, manage your schedule, and close sales on the go.

Territory is your office; travel locally with mileage reimbursement and full benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)

Qualifications

• Natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others decide.
• Motivated by performance with uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable and able to work independently in the field.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple appointments weekly.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day.
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right custom window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client’s style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow‑ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
