Job summary

3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of custom blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. Our Design Consultants meet clients in their homes to design beautiful, custom window treatments and guide them through the buying process to close sales on the spot.

Qualifications

Natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about.
Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential.
Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field.
Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space.
Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
