3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of quality, custom-made blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. You will meet clients in their homes to design and sell window treatments, guiding them to confident buying decisions in a single visit.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Willingness to travel locally and work weekends.
• Ability to build relationships and guide customers through decisions.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes and understand their needs; recommend the right window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
