3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of quality, custom-made blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. You will meet clients in their homes to design beautiful, custom window treatments and guide them to a confident buying decision during a single home visit.

With company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, you can build a high-impact career from day one in a field-based sales role across a national brand.

Qualifications

• A natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about.
• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day.
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally — your territory is your office.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
