Job summary

3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of quality, custom-made blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. As a Design Consultant you meet clients in their homes to design custom window treatments and guide them to a confident buying decision in a single visit, with company-provided appointments and four weeks of paid training.

You'll build your own schedule and income with uncapped earning potential, earning an average of 70K–100K+ annually, with benefits and a clear path for growth

Qualifications

• No prior design experience required; training provided.
• Experience in fast-paced, client-facing roles is helpful.
• Willingness to travel locally and work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend window treatments.
• Create design solutions tailored to client style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
