3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of quality, custom window treatments. As a Design Consultant you’ll meet clients in their homes, design beautiful solutions, and guide them to a confident buying decision, all in a single visit.

Qualifications

• Willing to work in clients' homes and travel locally.
• Motivated by performance with uncapped earning potential.
• Reliable transportation and flexible to work weekends.
• No prior design experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to assess needs and recommend window treatments.
• Create simple design solutions tailored to each client’s style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to installation.
