Job summary

3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of custom blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. As a Design Consultant, you will meet clients in their homes, design personalized window treatments, and guide them to a confident purchase during a single visit.

Qualifications

• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day.
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally — your territory is your office.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client’s style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
