Qualifications

• No prior design experience required; training provided.
• Four weeks of paid training before client visits.
• Must be comfortable traveling locally and meeting clients in homes.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to design custom window treatments.
• Create design solutions tailored to client style and budget.
• Guide clients through the purchase process and close sales.
• Schedule and manage appointments, including follow-ups.
• Generate new business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience from first visit to installation.
