3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of custom blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. Our team helps transform homes by offering beautiful window treatments in clients' spaces with company-provided appointments and paid training.

You’ll meet clients in their homes, design tailored solutions, and guide them to a confident purchase. Earning potential is uncapped, with four weeks of paid training and full benefits within a national brand.

Qualifications

• Natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about.
• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day.
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally—your territory is your office.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right custom window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
