3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of quality, custom-made blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. As a Design Consultant you will meet clients in their homes, help them design beautiful window treatments, and guide them to a confident buying decision in a single visit.

With company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, you'll build a high-impact career from day one.

Qualifications

• Backgrounds that do well here include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast-paced client-facing roles.
• No prior design experience required— we'll train you.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation
