3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer offering custom blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. As a Design Consultant, you’ll meet clients in their homes, design beautiful solutions, and guide them to confident buying decisions in a single visit.

We provide company-owned appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential. You’ll manage your schedule, travel locally, and build a high-impact career with a national brand.

• Must be a natural people person who enjoys building relationships.
• Motivated by performance and uncapped earning potential.
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
