3 Day Blinds is a national retailer specializing in custom blinds and window coverings. Design Consultants meet clients in their homes to design and close on products, with company-provided appointments, paid training, and uncapped earning potential.

You'll build relationships, manage your schedule, and travel locally within your territory to provide a high-quality experience from first visit to final installation. Training and growth opportunities are available across a national brand.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and managing a schedule.
• Willingness to travel locally and work occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend window treatments.
• Create simple design solutions tailored to client style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Grow business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first visit to installation.
