Job summary

3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of quality, custom-made blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. As a Design Consultant you’ll meet clients in their homes, design beautiful solutions, and guide them to a confident buying decision in a single visit.

You’ll have company-provided appointments, three weeks of paid training, uncapped earning potential, and full benefits as you build a high-impact career with a national brand.

Qualifications

• Natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about.
• Experience in sales or client-facing roles is valued; no prior design experience required.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend custom window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to client style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
