Job summary

3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of custom blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. You will visit clients in their homes to design and tailor window treatments, guiding them from first visit to final installation.

We offer four weeks of paid training, company-provided appointments, and uncapped earning potential with a typical earnings range of $70K–$100K+ annually, plus mileage reimbursement and full benefits.

Qualifications

• A natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about.
• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend custom window treatments.
• Create design solutions tailored to client styles and budgets.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
