Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an in-home Design Consultant in Wilmington, NC to deliver the company’s sales method and secure customer agreements for our bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors remodels. You will meet clients in their homes, present options, and guide them toward a close, with warm leads provided.

The role features a rotating schedule, comprehensive training, and uncapped commission with a strong first-year earning potential in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to quickly connect with customers in person or over the phone.
• Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule: Weeks 1–2 Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Weeks 3–4 Tue–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• Handle warm, pre-set leads with no cold-calling required.
