West Shore Home is seeking a Design Consultant to meet with homeowners in their residences and guide them through our remodeling solutions, including bathrooms, windows, and doors. You will present options, answer questions, and close sales using a personalized one-call close approach.

The role offers a rotating schedule, competitive base plus uncapped commissions, and a year-one earning potential reaching $200K+.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred, especially in home improvement or retail.
• Ability to build rapport and close deals with customers.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Present the West Shore Home sales method to homeowners.
• Schedule and conduct in-home appointments and close with a personal one-call close.
• Attend weekly trainings and team meetings.
• Manage follow-ups and maintain accurate customer records.
