West Shore Home is seeking a Design Consultant to serve as the primary contact for customers in Hartford, CT, delivering our sales method to secure agreements for bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors. This role requires travel and in-home demonstrations within a rotating schedule.

The position offers warm leads, no cold calling, and a high-earning potential with uncapped commissions. Training, benefits, and a strong culture support growth and success.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid smartphone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Military veterans and spouses encouraged to apply.
• Bilingual Spanish / English candidates with proficiency in English reading and writing encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule.
• Sales appointments ~2 hours each.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.
