Andersen Corporation in Chicago is seeking a Design Consultant Trainee to join our Renewal by Andersen sales team. You will conduct 90-minute in-home consultations and present window, door, and installation options to homeowners.

Training lasts several weeks with pay, then you transition to Design Consultant. Expect a high-activity schedule, pre-qualified appointments, pre-set commissions, and strong earning potential in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales consultations, including leveraging an iPad and augmented reality to design and build window and door replacement solutions for homeowners.
• Follow established Renewal Sales and measure processes through to completion, while submitting necessary contracts and paperwork for each project.
• Drive personal vehicle and sit for long periods of time up to 1,800-2,500 miles per month to and from in-home appointments.
• Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, trainings and branch meetings.
• Attend technical measurement appointments/install and engaged in the support of the sales project process including but limited to, documentation, follow through, order changes, discounting guidelines, and keeping in contact with homeowner.
• Use required company-designated software, systems, and technology tools, and comply with all related usage, security, and confidentiality policies.
