Job summary

3 Day Blinds is seeking a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them through the purchase in a single visit. With company-provided appointments and four weeks of paid training, you can build a high-impact career from day one.

You'll earn uncapped commissions, with average earnings shown in our program, and have tools provided (laptop, smartphone, product samples), plus mileage reimbursement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a natural people person with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Motivated by performance with uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day.
• Reliable transportation and local travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend custom window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client’s style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
