3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of quality, custom-made blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. You will meet clients in their homes, help design beautiful window treatments, and guide them to a confident buying decision in a single visit.

Qualifications

• Backgrounds that do well here include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, or other fast-paced client-facing roles.
• No prior design experience required—we’ll train you.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend custom window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client’s style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
