3 Day Blinds in the United States is hiring Design Consultants who meet clients in their homes to design custom window treatments and guide buying decisions in a single visit.

Qualifications

• Background in sales, hospitality, customer service, retail or other fast-paced client-facing roles.
• No prior design experience required; training provided.
• Ability to build relationships and guide decisions with customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend window treatments.
• Create design solutions tailored to client style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in-home.
• Manage your schedule, appointments and follow-ups.
• Develop business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience from first visit to installation.
