3 Day Blinds is seeking energetic Design Consultants to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to a confident purchase in a single visit. Company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential help you build a high-impact career from day one.

You’ll manage your own schedule, close sales in the home, and grow business through referrals.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage clients in their homes and guide decisions.
• Willingness to travel locally within a defined territory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to assess needs and propose window treatments.
• Create simple, tailored design solutions within client budgets.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in-home.
• Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups independently.
• Generate additional business through referrals and networking.
• Deliver a superior customer experience from first visit to installation.
