Job summary

3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer delivering custom blinds, shades, and shutters. In this Design Consultant role, you’ll meet clients in their homes to craft design solutions and guide them to a confident purchase on a single visit.

You’ll manage your own schedule, receive four weeks of paid training, and earn uncapped commissions with mileage reimbursement and full benefits. No prior design experience is required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or retail preferred.
• Ability to design simple, beautiful solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes and recommend the right custom window treatments.
• Create simple design solutions tailored to each client’s style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
