Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative in Knoxville, TN to deliver the West Shore Home sales method and secure customer agreements for our remodeling products and services. You will be the primary contact for customers, guiding them through a personalized one-call close sales process.

Position offers uncapped commissions with potential to earn up to $200K+ in the first year, plus comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with match, HSA, PTO, and paid

Qualifications

• Experience in consumer-facing sales preferred.
• Ability to close deals using West Shore Home sales process.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule.
• Sales appointments are about 2 hours each.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• No cold-calling or lead generation; all leads are warm and pre-set.
