ZINTEX Remodeling is seeking a Design Consultant (In-Home Sales) to meet with homeowners and design luxury bathroom remodels, delivering a proven sales process and securing agreements. All appointments are pre-set, with comprehensive training provided in Dallas/Fort Worth and support from a technology-driven team.

Compensation is commission-based with bonuses and signing incentives; typical earnings are strong, with earners often reaching six figures in their first year.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing deals in one-call-close environments.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive and a strong work ethic.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and reputable conduct.

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete 2-week in-person sales training in Dallas/Fort Worth.
• Run a 5-day weekly appointment schedule in customers' homes.
• Conduct high-energy, in-home sales presentations to design and sell remodels.
• Work with pre-qualified leads; no cold calling.
