ZINTEX Remodeling is seeking a Design Consultant (In-Home Sales) who meets clients at their homes and guides them through a personalized design and seamless sales process. You will work on high-ticket remodels, demonstrate product options, and close agreements using a proven method.

Training is provided, with a focus on professionalism and customer satisfaction. Earn with an industry-best commission plan, a sign-on bonus, monthly/quarterly bonuses, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing sales in a one-call-close environment.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive and persistence.
• Professional appearance, punctuality and strong reputation.
• Proficiency with a smartphone/device and company systems for two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete 2-week sales training in Dallas/Fort Worth.
• Conduct high-energy in-home design and sales appointments (~2 hours each).
• Present a personalized design and one-call-close process to homeowners.
• Utilize pre-qualified, pre-set appointments with no cold calling.
