Clear Choice Remodeling in Texas seeks an in-home sales representative to meet with homeowners, present customized bath and window solutions, and close high-ticket deals. This full-time, commission-based role offers six-figure earning potential and ongoing coaching within a trusted remodeling company.

You will use an iPad-based sales system to create designs, provide accurate pricing, and follow company processes while traveling locally to pre-qualified appointments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in in-home sales or high-ticket sales.
• Home improvement experience preferred (bath, windows, roofing, siding, kitchens, flooring, or similar industries).
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service abilities.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with homeowners.

Responsibilities
