Luxury Bath is seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You will meet with homeowners in their homes, present bath remodeling options, and close high-ticket sales with pre-set appointments.

This field-based role offers a high-income potential with uncapped commissions. You will work with pre-qualified leads from established marketing programs and receive paid training and sales support.

Qualifications

• Proven success in in-home, outside, or high-ticket sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments.
• Understand their remodeling goals, needs, and budget.
• Recommend the right bath remodeling solution.
• Present product options, pricing, and design recommendations.
• Build trust and demonstrate value.
• Close the sale during the consultation whenever possible.
• Follow up with customers when necessary.
• Maintain accurate appointment and sales records.
