ZINTEX Remodeling is seeking a Design Consultant (In-Home Sales) to meet customers at their homes and design dream showers or baths using our proven sales method. You will secure agreements through warm, pre-set appointments and a high-energy presentation.

The role features 100% pre-qualified leads, a best-in-class commission plan, sign-on and quarterly bonuses, and ongoing training in Dallas/Fort Worth. Expect substantial earning potential in a fast-growing home-improvement company.

Qualifications

• Proven closing ability in one-call-close environments.
• Self-motivated with high will-to-win and grind mentality.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and reputation.
• Tech proficiency for two-factor authentication and company systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete 2-week sales training in Dallas/Fort Worth.
• Conduct high-energy in-home sales appointments lasting ~2 hours.
• Follow a proven design-and-sell process with warm, pre-set leads.
• Attend weekly team meetings and intensive training workshops.
• No cold-calling; all leads are pre-qualified and pre-set.
• Manage weekly appointment schedule Mon-Fri 10:00, 2:00, 6:00 and Sat 10:00, 2:00.
