ZINTEX Remodeling is seeking a Design Consultant (In-Home Sales) to meet homeowners at their residence and design dream showers or baths. You will drive the full sales process from presentation to closing, with a proven method and pre-qualified leads in a fast-growing remodeling company.

Expect to earn uncapped commissions with bonuses and a sign-on for qualified candidates; comprehensive benefits kick in after 30 days and prolific training is provided to promote rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Proven closing ability in one-call-close environments.
• Self-motivated with a high will-to-win and grind mentality.
• Takes pride in appearance, punctuality, and reputation.
• Tech proficiency with smartphone/device for two-factor authentication and company systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete 2-week sales training in Dallas/Fort Worth (travel covered).
• Conduct professional, high-energy in-home appointments (avg. 2 hours).
• Lead customers through a personalized, one-call-close design and sales process.
• Attend weekly team meetings and intensive training workshops.
• No cold-calling; 100% warm, pre-set leads and appointments.
