Re-Bath is seeking experienced Design Consultants to join the team in San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and the Rio Grande Valley. This full-time, commission-based role focuses on in-home design consultations, presenting remodeling options, and closing sales with pre-qualified appointments.

Earn $100,000–$160,000+ per year with up to 12% commission. Training is provided, and opportunities exist for career growth within a growing regional team.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home sales and closing high-ticket remodeling projects.
• Ability to deliver professional presentations and overcome objections.
• Capable of building rapport with homeowners and guiding design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners in their homes to design their new bathroom.
• Deliver an in-home sales and design experience.
• Educate customers on Re-Bath products and remodeling options.
• Identify needs, priorities, and budget to design solutions.
• Provide accurate project pricing and financing options.
• Present available financing and close sales.
• Maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction.
