West Shore Home is seeking a Design Consultant to join our Pittsburgh-area team. This in-home sales role involves presenting our bathroom, flooring, windows and doors solutions to customers, following a structured one-call close process, and operating on a rotating schedule including evenings and weekends.

We offer a competitive base with uncapped commissions, an annual bonus program, and potential first-year earnings up to $200K+.

Qualifications

• Strong sales inclination with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to connect quickly with customers in home visits.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable smartphone access for apps.

Responsibilities

• Follow a rotating schedule with evenings and weekends.
• Conduct sales appointments ~2 hours each in-home.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions.
• Guide customers through a one-call close sales process.
