Job summary

Window World is seeking top in-home sales consultants to present our exterior remodeling lineup directly to homeowners. You will measure on site, prepare on-the-spot quotes, and aim to close during the first appointment with financing options available.

Earn $120,000+ with uncapped commissions. Travel to pre-scheduled leads and build trust through listening and tailored proposals. We offer comprehensive paid training and strong advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and people skills with follow-up.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and persistent.
• Basic math and measuring skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and from company-generated and pre-scheduled leads at the customer’s home.
• Build rapport with customers through active listening and observe the home’s needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and deliver custom quotes in the home.
• Answer questions about products, prices, installation and financing; close the sale on first appointment.
• Measure for products and process all contract documents for the sale with detailed scope.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to uphold high service standards.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
