Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Design Studio Specialist to inspire customers and help close sales at the cash wrap. You will provide one-on-one design consultations in-store and in-home, translating client needs into beautiful living spaces.

You will demonstrate product knowledge, manage complex orders across channels, and maintain brand standards while delivering world-class service. Full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth within the Design Studio team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and clienteling skills are required.
• Ability to coordinate complex large orders across sales channels.
• Experience with design elements is preferred.
• Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients one-on-one in-store and in-home consultations for design of living spaces to drive store sales.
• Perform in-home consultations including accurate measurement and space assessment.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs, style, and space.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to achieve sales goals.
• Assist with services such as gift options, catalogs, orders, and special requests while delivering world-class service.
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge of the design studio assortment.
