Qualifications

• Strong communication, clienteling and customer follow-up skills.
• Ability to complete and coordinate complex large orders across sales channels.
• 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home to design living spaces and drive sales.
• Perform productive in-home consultations including accurate measurement and assessment of living space.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs, style, preferences and space.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to achieve and exceed sales and productivity goals.
• Assist customers with services including gift wrap, registry, orders, back orders, and furniture deliveries.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of the entire design studio assortment.
