Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and retail sales experience, specialty retail preferred but not required.
• Experience with design concepts and home styling is a plus.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in consultations in-store and in-home to drive store sales.
• Conduct in-home measurements and assess living spaces.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs and space.
• Stay informed on current promotions to meet sales goals.
• Provide exemplary service including gift wrap, registry, orders, and deliveries.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of the design studio assortment.
