Team Select Home Care is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to provide personal and enhanced care in clients' homes under RN supervision. You will assist with ADLs, ambulation, and rehabilitation support, while performing routine housekeeping tasks and documenting care.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old and CPR certified.
• Complete home health aide training and competency requirements.
• Follow Plan of Care under RN supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and enhanced care services under RN supervision.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living and ambulation.
• Support rehabilitative processes with therapy staff.
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks.
• Document care and report variances to Nursing Supervisor.
