Job summary

Allied Caregivers is seeking a Personal Care Attendant to provide personalized in-home support based on each client’s needs. You’ll assist with hygiene, prepare meals, and help maintain a safe, organized living space.

This role offers part-time or per-diem schedules seven days a week, with flexible hours. Successful candidates will have a HS diploma or GED, be 18+, reliable transportation, and the ability to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care assistance.
• Current Blood TB test and physical examination.
• Valid driver's license with dependable transportation.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Preparing meals and helping with light household tasks to maintain a safe, organized living space.
• Providing companionship and social interaction while monitoring clients' overall well-being.
• Running occasional errands when needed.
• Recording care provided and client updates through our easy-to-use mobile documentation system.
• Working closely with both clients and the Allied Caregivers office to ensure quality, consistent care.
