Job summary

Team Select Home Care is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant to provide skilled personal care and ADLs in patients' homes under RN supervision. Duties include direct patient care, household tasks, meals, and simple procedures as delegated.

Candidate should have a High School Diploma or GED, be at least 18, maintain CPR/health certifications, and follow agency policies. We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and ongoing training. Pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Maintains CPR certification and health certifications per state requirements.
• Maintains licensure/certification per state regulation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient personal care as ordered per plan of care under RN supervision.
• Perform household chores, meals, and other tasks as assigned.
• Maintain infection control practices and handwashing.
• Document visit records in a timely manner per agency policy.
• Report changes in patient condition to the RN promptly.
• Follow agency policies and attend required trainings.
