Job summary

Team Select Home Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home personal care and ADL assistance under the supervision of an RN. You will utilize established care plans, follow infection control practices, and document visits timely in the patient chart.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification, and ability to communicate effectively. Flexible scheduling, training, and weekly pay are part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Empathetic, compassionate attitude toward caring for the sick.
• Ability to follow directions, read and write, communicate effectively.
• Must meet state regulations for licensure/certification and CPR/health certs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient personal care and ADLs per care plan.
• Assist with medications ordinarily self-administered per state law.
• Maintain infection control practices and hand hygiene.
• Document visits and report changes to RN promptly.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in QAPI as requested.
• Follow agency policies and maintain confidentiality.
