Job summary

Cooper Heating & Cooling, Inc. is seeking a Comfort Advisor to meet with clients in their homes, advise on heating and cooling solutions, and guide them through the sales and installation process.

You will educate customers on equipment and indoor air quality products, build lasting relationships, and strive to exceed gross margin and revenue targets in a fast-paced environment with varied schedules.

Qualifications

• Previous Sales Experience Dealing Directly with Customers (In-home).
• Interpersonal Skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage fast-paced, deadline driven; proficient computer skills.
• Must have a clean MVR.
• Must pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in homes and professionally advise on correct heating and cooling solutions.
• Educate clients on replacement equipment and indoor air quality products.
• Follow up with clients throughout the sales and installation process.
• Build long-term client relationships.
• Meet or exceed Gross Margin and Revenue goals.
• Work in confined spaces with extreme temperatures to assist and/or assess recommendations.
