Job summary

Right at Home UK is seeking compassionate CNAs and PCAs for in-home care, offering flexible scheduling, same-day pay, and ongoing training. Caregivers provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes, helping with daily activities, mobility, meals, and safety monitoring.

You will work closely with clients to follow care plans, ensuring comfort and independence while delivering reliable, respectful service. Mileage reimbursement and opportunities for pay increases are available.

Qualifications

• CNA or PCA credentials required.
• Experience providing personal care and activities of daily living.
• Reliable attendance and clear communication with clients and team.
• Ability to follow a care plan and report changes or concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, toileting and incontinence care.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and mobility aids as appropriate.
• Prepare meals, offer companionship, assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide transportation or accompany client to appointments as needed.
• Deliver medication reminders and assist with range-of-motion exercises when trained.
• Support hospice or bed-bound care when trained and applicable.
