Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA or PCA credentials as required.
• Personal care and activities of daily living experience.
• Reliable attendance and clear communication.
• Respect for client dignity, privacy, preferences, and home.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers; use gait belt and Hoyer lift when appropriate.
• Meal preparation, companionship, social engagement, and light housekeeping.
• Transport/accompaniment to errands and medical appointments.
• Provide medication reminders and prescribed ROM assistance.
• Support hospice or bed-bound care when trained and appropriate.
• Follow the care plan and report changes or safety concerns.
