Qualifications

• CNA or PCA credentials required or as applicable.
• Experience in personal care and daily living activities.
• Reliable and empathetic team member with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene and incontinence care.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, positioning and equipment as appropriate.
• Prepare meals, provide companionship, light housekeeping and transportation as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and simple health monitoring.
• Follow the care plan and report changes or safety concerns.
