Job summary

Right at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance, is seeking compassionate CNAs and PCAs for one-on-one care in clients’ homes. You’ll provide personal care, assist with mobility, prepare meals, and support clients in daily activities while following care plans and reporting changes.

Qualifications

Compassionate and dependable caregiver qualities.
Reliable attendance and clear communication are essential.
Ability to follow a care plan and report changes or concerns.
Experience with Hoyer lifts, Foley care, hospice or bed-bound care is valuable.

Responsibilities

Personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care.
Ambulation, transfers, gait belt assistance as appropriate.
Meal preparation, companionship, social engagement, and light housekeeping.
Transportation and accompaniment to errands and medical appointments.
Medication reminders and prescribed ROM assistance.
Glucose monitoring assistance as needed, and hospice supportive tasks when trained.
Follow the care plan and report changes or safety concerns.
