Qualifications

• CNA or PCA credentials as required (state-specific).
• Personal care and ADL experience.
• Reliable attendance and clear communication.
• Respect for client dignity, privacy, and home.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing and hygiene.
• Provide ambulation, transfers, and mobility aid support.
• Meal preparation, companionship and light housekeeping.
• Transport to appointments and errands as needed.
• Medication reminders and ROM assistance as directed.
• Monitor client condition and report changes to supervisor.
